Christmas and New Year Closure

We will be closed from the 24th December - 4th January. You can still place orders during this time, however, they will be processed on the 4th January 2021. 

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Order by Wednesday 16th December to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Any orders placed after this time, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it in time for Christmas. Please get in touch via email hello@pearlandbear.com if you want to know about a specific product.

How do I cancel an order? 

If you have not received an email to confirm your item has been processed or dispatched you can email hello@pearlandbear.com with your order number. To cancel your existing order please email hello@pearlandbear.com with your order number and a reason why you are cancelling. 

When will my delivery arrive?

Standard shipping 3-5 Working Days 

Speedy Delivery 1-2 Working Days
Please note orders that are placed after 1pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day.

How do I know my order has been successful? 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your parcel.

What is your returns policy? 

Whilst we hope that you love your Pearl & Bear purchase, we understand that occasionally you may want to return your order. For all product exchanges please contact us via email hello@pearlandbear.com within 7 working days quoting your order number. 

For all returns if the item is no longer required, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Please return your parcel in its original condition to the address below within 30 days of your order. For exchanges please allow up to 7 working days for delivery whilst we endeavour to get your goods to you sooner it is dependent on stock availability at that time. 

In case the item is defective or damaged on receipt, return postage will be supplied. Please send details and images of the defective/damaged product to hello@pearlandbear.com so that we can arrange for return postage label to be sent to you.
