Returns
Whilst we hope that you love your Pearl & Bear Purchase, we understand that occasionally you may want to return your order. For all product exchanges please contact us via email hello@pearlandbear within 7 working days quoting your order number.
For all returns please return your parcel in its original condition to the address below within 30 days of your order. For exchanges please allow up to 7 working days for delivery whilst we endeavour to get your goods to you sooner it is dependent on stock availability at that time.
If you receive an item with a fault, please notify us within 30 days so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue with our supplier. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with faulty items reported after this period.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure that all details provided during checkout are accurate and complete to avoid any issues with the delivery of your order. If an incorrect address is entered at the time of purchase and the item is dispatched, we are unable to refund the full amount if the package is returned to us. In such cases, only the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method, and the postage costs will not be reimbursed.
We strongly encourage you to double-check your address details before finalizing your order to prevent any discrepancies or delays.
Unclaimed or Undelivered Packages
If an item is dispatched and not picked up by the customer, or if the delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product amount only. Postage costs, including any return shipping fees incurred, will not be reimbursed.
To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address or promptly collect it from the delivery service if required.
